Product prices, promotions and availability are those shown on the partner merchant site at the time of purchase. They may change at any time and are authoritative on the merchant site, not on the Site.

LASTLINE strives to offer reliable information and a reliable selection, without any guarantee of completeness or the absence of errors. LASTLINE cannot be held liable for:
- the products, their quality, availability or delivery, which are the responsibility of the third-party merchants;
- the content of third-party sites accessible via links;
- any temporary unavailability of the Site;
- any damage resulting from the use of a product acquired from a third-party merchant.

The Site's content (text, visuals, the LASTLINE brand, illustrations, code) is protected and remains the exclusive property of the publisher. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
7. The LASTLINE app
The LASTLINE mobile app is governed by its own terms of use and privacy policy, presented during installation.

LASTLINE reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The applicable version is the one online at the time of consultation.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the French courts shall have jurisdiction.
